To schedule an appointment, an advance payment is required in the amount indicated by our Collections Department at Centro Medico Latino. Once this first investment has been made, the proof of payment must be sent specifying the full name of the patient to the email: administration@centromedicolatino.com
CHANGES OF APPOINTMENTS DATA
In case of cancellation, the buyer can proceed to a name change of their appointment, provided that an email has been previously sent, specifying the buyer’s full name and the date of the new appointment.
The buyer must also send other personal data, such as a telephone number. It should be noted that Centro Médico Latino does not issue refunds for cancellation of appointments, noris it responsible for changing the date when an appointment is not available.
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION!
Changes of dates cannot be made 6 hours before the appointment, in which case the entirety will be charged and you will lose your consultation.
CANCELLATION
The payment of the appointment is not refundable under any circumstances.
COVID-19 testing appointments are NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
It is established in our Private Policies described that the patient is responsible for thepayment and understands that Centro Medico Latino does not generate refunds for anyreason for the appointment scheduling service.
